Do You have a Brick & Mortar Location?

Yes, we are located in the Crossroads Market in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  1235 26 Avenue SE.

Hours?

Friday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Payment methods accepted?

In Store: Cash and Debit Only.

Online: Shopify takes all forms of payment. 

Currency is in Canadian $$$

 How much does Delivery cost?

Shipping within Canada is a flat rate of $15 + GST.

Shipping to the US is a flat rate of $20 + GST.

We do not offer international shipping at the moment, but hopefully soon.

How do you ship?

Shipping to Canada is through Canada Post.

Shipping to the US is through USPS.

Local Delivery is available for a small fee.  Please email us at sales@redmooncurios.com to arrange for local delivery.

Are US Customs fees included?

Governments outside of Canada may charge fees to receive your items. Customs fees (taxes, duties, brokerages fees, etc) are NOT included in the shipping costs.  

We do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

To determine if you need to pay taxes or fees on your items, please contact your local customs office.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days on defective merchandise only. Please email us at sales@redmooncurios.com in order to co-ordinate a return. Returned items must be in original, unused condition, including tags, labels, and packaging. Refunds are processed within a week, after your return package has been received.

Do you carry Plus Sizes?

Yes, whenever our suppliers offer them.

Where have I seen you before?

We do many shows.  Tattoo Shows, Horror Con, Comic Expo, etc.  If you see us, stop and say HI!
