Elizabethan Necklace
Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester's original design for the ornate tracery arches above the north entrance to the 16th century Kenilworth Castle, for his great secret love, Elizabeth Rex, alas, never used. In this form it is inverted to reflect Dudley's later fall from grace.
Fit for a queen, the Elizabethan Necklace is a breathtaking piece of gothic romance and regal beauty. Handcrafted in fine English pewter and hand-polished to a radiant lustre, it features ornate heart-shaped cut-outs that frame a jaw-dropping red Austrian crystal in the shape of a heart. Suspended from an elegant chain, this necklace captures the grandeur and passion of the Tudor court dramatic, refined, and unforgettable
